Our Founder

Qasim Ilyas Abdi

Founder of Consultant Qasim Corporation, a company dedicated to building bridges between Norway and the world. With a proven background as a Senior Engineer and team leader in the Norwegian public sector, Qasim has led projects in data engineering, analytics platforms, and digital transformation, giving him deep insight into how Norway manages information, technology, and strategic development.

Building on this experience, he now specializes in helping organizations and governments unlock access to Norwegian funding instruments, including the Government Pension Fund Global (Oil Fund), Innovation Norway, Enova, Norad, and Norfund.

He is passionate about creating cross-border partnerships that combine Norwegian expertise in energy, sustainability, and governance with opportunities in emerging markets. By aligning local strengths with Norwegian capital and technology, Qasim’s mission is to design strategies that deliver mutual growth, long-term value, and global impact.
